Massimo DI CICILIA
Strategy and operations – Italian, French, English
Massimo is a founding partner and CEO of Indigomed. Massimo believes healthcare is not a purely economic issue, but is rather a shared mission among partners – all of whom are fundamentam for the best patient care.
He has twelve years’ experience in strategy and management consulting for financial institutions, particularly in life insurance (healthcare and saving) and wealth management.
He has been marketing director at Henner Group, a leading international healthcare broker; a founding partner of Tiare Group, a multifamily office; the former managing director of Methodis Sa, a consulting firm specializing in insurance; the founder of Pack Solutions in BPO for the life insurance sector; a former director of the Altran Group (France and Italy) and Gemini Consulting (strategy, banking and insurance); and a former analyst at Paribas (M&A).
He advises the chairman of the Chamber of Independent Wealth Advisors at BIPAR, the intermediary lobbying association at the European Commission regarding financial guidelines.
He graduated in economics at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.
Anne LEPETIT, MD
Medical global strategy and ethics – French, English
Anne Lepetit is an Indigomed founder and medical director of Henner Group. She is responsible for global medical strategy, ethics and stakeholders interactions.
Before joining Indigomed, Anne Lepetit was the Worldwide Medical Director of International Health Solutions (IHS), the health division of the Europ Assistance Group (EAG). IHS markets, delivers, and manages products relating to health insurance and assistance for employees of international companies, as well as international products in the health field, on-site medical services, and the organization of treatment abroad. A graduate of the Xavier Bichat School of Medicine in France and an emergency room physician since 1998, she worked for three years in the emergency unit of Poissy Hospital before moving to Europ Assistance France as part of the team of monitoring doctors.

Since 2011, Jean-Bernard has been an independent consultant specializing in biotechnologies. Previously, he was the Director and Head of Scientific Collaboration and Business Development at Les Laboratoires Servier, a leading French pharmaceutical company. He worked as the Vice President of Business Development for Zynaxis Cell Science from 1989 until 1993. He received a Master of Science from Paris University (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Paris) and Major of the Promotion from Institut d’Administration des Entreprises de Paris. Jean was awarded the French National Order of Merit, the highest civilian French decoration.
He is a member of the Harvard Business School Healthcare Alumni Association and of the Maison de la Chimie Foundation in Paris.
Fleur JOURDA DE VAUX, MD
Medical operation, Case management – French, English
Fleur is an emergency physician, hospital practitioner at the North Hospital emergency in Marseille, one of the biggest and most respected public hospitals in France. She is in charge of teaching activities and clinical research regarding management and organization efficiency within emergency departments.
She is specialized in disaster emergency management and healthcare organization.
Liana DRAGOS, PharmD, MBA
Medical operations, Case management – English, Rumanian, French
Liana is responsible for medical operations and staff, and workflow management for patients, providers and insurers.
Liana has 16 years of experience working as a pharmacist and a consultant. Before joining Indigomed as a health manager, she worked as a pharmacist consultant at the Medical Department of the Henner Group. Her responsibilities included responsibility for medical records: assessment of requirements, international contracts supervision, optimization of procedures and digital tools, coordination of activities, maintaining the relationship with the health and insurances agents, pharmaceutical research and monitoring. A graduate of the Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Faculty of Pharmacy in Bucharest, Romania, Liana practised for five years as a community pharmacist and for four years as a chief pharmacist in Bucharest before moving to France, where she joined the Henner Group in Paris. She also has an MBA degree from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.

Yoan and his team are responsible for the Indigomed websites, mainly centered on the experience of patients and physicians.Yoan has long experience in healthcare insurance products and solutions for leading brokers and insurance companies.
He graduated in digital communication at IDRAC Business school in Paris, France.
Copywriter and editor – English, French, Swedish
Justin is an experienced international copywriter, journalist and editor who has worked in the UK, Sweden, Singapore, Denmark, France and Germany. He is responsible for Indigomed’s written communications. He has experience working for leading advertising agencies and brands, including leading pharmaceutical companies and other healthcare providers.
He has a degree in economics from the University of Birmingham, UK.
Anthonius Bomhof, MD
Medical operation, Case management – French, English
Dr Bomhof is a board-certified physician. He received his medical degree from the university of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Therafter he moved to Paris in France ,where he was a resident in the American Hospital of Paris and where he received a medical study certificate in ‘Legal redress for physical injury’. One of his privilege fields of expertise is infectious diseases.
